
Zabarmari Massacre: Kwara Gov, Senators pay condolence visit to Gov. Zulum
Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, on Sunday, paid a condolence visit to his Borno State counterpart, Governor Babagana Umara Zulum to commiserate with him and the people of Borno over the recent Zabarmari massacre.
Gov. AbdulRazaq was accompanied by the three Senators from Kwara State: Sen. Yahaya Oloriegbe (Central), Sen. Oyelola Ashiru (South), and Sen. Sadiq Umar (North).
The Special Adviser to the Governor on Political, Sa’adu Salaudeen was also part of the delegation.
Recall that on Saturday, November 28, 2020, 43 farmers were gruesomely murdered by Boko Haram terrorists in Koshobe village near Zabarmari, Jere Local Government Area of Borno State.
Their remains were buried in Zabarmari after a short prayer session led by the Governor of Borno State, Prof Zulum.
