Kwara YPP Guber Candidate bags Award from Islamic Missionaries Association of Nigeria

The Young Progressives Party (YPP) governorship candidate in Kwara State, Alhaji Yakubu Gobir has bagged an Award from the Islamic Missionaries Association of Nigeria (IMAN).

IMAN honored the Madawaki of Ilorin in recognition of his contribution to Islam and his efforts in creating a means of livelihood for vulnerable persons in society.

According to the National Publicity Secretary of IMAN, Alhaji Hammed Adio, the commendation certificate is an appreciation to Waziri Yakubu Gobir in recognition of his contribution to the upliftment of Islam and Humanity.

The chairman of IMAN on his part says, “The certificate is in recognition of your estimable and sustainable contribution towards the growth and development of Ilorin Emirate as a whole for almost a decade now”.

He prayed to Almighty Allah to continue his blessings on Waziri and grant him his heart desires.

While receiving the Award, Gobir who was represented by his running mate, Hon. Bolujoko George, appreciated the IMAN for finding Waziri worthy of the Award in recognition of his efforts for the less privileged in society, and Islam.
