Mashood Mustapha distributes cash gifts to 5000 households for Ramadan

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Crystal Group of Companies and stalwart of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kwara State, Hon. Mashood Mustapha (MM), has distributed cash gifts to about 5000 households in Kwara for Ramadan.

This was disclosed in a statement released on Tuesday by MM’s Head of Media and Public Relations, Dr. Opeyemi Aregbesola.

According to her, the distribution of cash gifts by MM is to help Muslims take care of pressing needs during Ramadan. She said reaching out to Muslims during the Holy Month is not a new practice considering that MM has consistently done so for years.

Dr. Opeyemi added, “The 1st phase of the cash distribution took place before the commencement of Ramadan, February 19th to be precise. This is the 2nd phase and about 5000 households have benefitted from it. That’s aside from the Ramadan cash giveaway that was done on Facebook on March 17.

“MM is committed to contributing his quota in ameliorating the suffering of the masses at these difficult times. He is optimistic that Kwarans in particular and Nigerians in general will experience the dividends of democracy soon.”
